Family life

Family is the basis of the villages, you cannot have a village without family and families as we will see here, the primary purpose or goal for family is to give an opportunity for two individuals to come together and procreate, so that conditioned souls can be given an opportunity from the moment of conception, not the moment of birth, but from the moment of conception, which was also known to everyone. Actually conception was a festival in the village, not like nowadays, it’s a secret and whatnot or people don’t even bother. Most children who are born today, in America at least, they are called accidents, not planned, therefore they become unwanted children. So just imagine, if you don‟t want or don‟t like somebody or didn‟t plan for somebody and he comes along and you are not at all interested in him or her, well then all kinds of psychological, emotional problems from the very beginning of life begin and therefore we have a very confused, misdirected and unhappy society. – HH RP Bhakti Raghava Swami
